Did my shopping today and bought June Plum ( Kind of Asian Plum) which was $5.50 or something. but the cashier name Cathy C charged me it, as a Fejola which is $12.99 .I had a 700g which means I could have bought more than 2 kilos. Normally don't write reviews for small things like this, but this is not the first time this happened to me. so if you don't know or not familiar with the item please check before you charge. and most of the time we are not in a situation to come back and ask for a refund. so fellas, please check your bills before you leave the place.

Was charged 15 dollars for a single apple!!

Check the price and receipt. They put the wrong price and made it as if it's our fault when we complained about it. A rude owner/lady in charge screaming in front of us as if we were not there, saying we can't return the product. The young blonde chick was very rude as well. I told her that she needed to fix the price label as many people got it wrong. She said It's not my problem and not my fault." I hasn't returned to the shop since."

They sell whole and pulp of Malaysian musang king durian! Customer service was very friendly too :) stoked!

Hi shoppers, please check the price every single items you purchase from this shop, as they made so many mistakes, it seems like they did it on purpose, within one week, I purchased snow peas leafs the price was $ 9.99 and the staff charged me $ 16.99, and when I told the staff she is charging me the wrong price her attitude was very rude instead of apologise. And the same week, I purchased kangkong when I saw the staff putting on scale she was pressing the black steel bar on the scale, so my kangkung weight became very heavy 0.775 kg, I knew it’s not gonna be that heavy I told her to put on scale again and it was only 0.150 kg, I still keep the receipt, the money of $ 5.45 refunded. I wish I can upload the photo of the receipt with this review. And today I did my shopping here again, the staff weighted my apples and watched the staff pressed the black steel bar on the scale, immediately I asked her to cancel the apples, as I knew the weight is not right, I can’t be bothered to ask her to put the apples on the scale again. This is become a regular things happen at this shop it is very dodgy to do business with them.

Went Friday afternoon to get fresh watermelon , papaya , cantaloupe and honey dew melon and on Saturday went to do a fresh fruit platter and none of it was fresh enough to use , very disappointed with the quality and the fact that I purchased just the day before and didn’t want to present to friends and family as wasn’t really up to “FRESH “ put most of it the bin

Received my first box of vegies and fruit ordered on line. The quality is first class and everything so fresh. I will definitely do this again and would recommend it to everyone. Delivery while in lockdown a bonus,on time and inexpensive. Well done.

I don't come here very often because the quality of produce is very poor. On the rare occasion that I do come here, I always get overcharged by the cashiers. Make sure to always ask for a receipt.

The team member is Cathy C, I bought 6 items, when I arrived home and looked at the receipt it showed 7 items on it! She double scan the eggs packs! Even 5c is not easy to get by myself! Be careful with other customers.
