My partner had finished up building our first PC when everything went wrong. Boot looping, unable to identify what was wrong, quotes for repair looking to cut our savings in half. We ended up taking it to Forest IT, where Ian was able to not only identify the problem, but solve it in under 2 hours, not to mention being generous with the cost. As fairly poor young people it was super helpful!Amazing service, extremely friendly and helpful people. I will certainly be making Forest IT my go to computer repair store from now on, I would recommend you do as well.

I was very pleased with the service here. I brought my malfunctioning desktop PC in for repairs. The problems were resolved quickly and effectively. The cost was very reasonable and the customer relations were fantastic. Many thanks!

Excellent customer service, Ian happily answered all of my questions and took care of my computer well. He was very accommodating as I am a student who doesn't have a large amount of disposable income. He was happy to help me find solutions to the computer problems I was having.

I can't praise Ian from Forest IT enough. He took the time to fix a problem in an hour which I spent a week trying to fix. He was super friendly and knew exactly what to do. Now I will sleep peacefully tonight. Thank you

Went here for help with my new build that I couldn't get out of BIOS. The clerk Ian served me and without a doubt he was one of the most helpful people I've ever met. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Went through what the problem could be and had me leave it with him. Within 2 hours, he found the problem, fixed it and took my through step by step of how he did it and how I can finish the job. Easy to understand and taught me a lot of new things. He went above and beyond providing me with the means to finish the job myself at no extra cost. I will definitely be coming here for any future IT issues I can't fix myself.

We were looking for a new computer after being disappointed with our previous computer and the advice given. Mike, was brilliant, he was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He listened to our needs, explained things clearly, and patiently answered all our questions. He definitely went out of his way to help and always responded to our calls and messages.
