The Swim Factory

The staff specially Tim is a great instructor and I love his dedication and talent in teaching my child. Unfortunately, the good comments have to stop there! The owner and his wife are so rude and unprofessional on all interactions I had with them. They don’t care you are the customer and very rudely spoken and had very bad attitude towards me.Not sure this is a racial behaviour towards me, but I do not apricate this unprofessional treatment especially when we are the customer. I will give 5+ starts to the teachers especially Tim but 0 for those two who are so arrogant. Please respect your customers and treat them nice.On other review's the owner mentions come and speak with him but hes not a diplomatic person. Both of them are so stubborn and told few customers to leave go away when they raise their concerns. When my child came in the lady asked whats your name. I told the name as im the father and she replied I asked from the child not you! In a rude voice" this is how they greet at the entrance. This is only one example."

The highlight of my week is attending swimming lessons here with my daughter. The staff are friendly and my daughter just adores her instructor. The fees are a little lower than other locations. The pool is clean and does not have the issue of chlorine that other pools have due to the use of their state of the art filtration system.

Daughter is doing swimming lessons here. Staff are friendly and instructors are enthusiastic and good teachers for beginner's levels. Handle children well that are just learning and help them get over any fear of water etc. Front desk just inside door has chairs on one side of pool for parents etc. This has stairs to access the pool area. Does not use chlorine or salt, so is easy on children's eyes and no chlorine on towels and hair etc. Prices are affordable just below costs for others in area. Would recommend this facility.

Such a great swim school my daughter loves going there! Greg is a great instructor and everyone makes us feel so welcome and valued. They have amazing customer service and great hygiene standards. Wound't take my daughter anywhere else.

REALLY BAD service, we went on December and January 1st week on holiday but they still charged $63 dollar. We have called them numerous time and my wife called as well. but they are saying the system doesn't know any call from us. They sent 7 pages policy on email.They declined refund or any cover up session.Their primary goal is Money, NOT customer's services, they are rude customer service. they will take you in loop with customer policy and rules.I wont send my kids anymore to the Swim Factory, another unhappy customer.

Worst/ Most ridiculous term and conditions swimming place - charging customer during covid 19 lockdown and public holiday when no service is provided. Not providing credit / refund on that. Enforcing customer to do make up class with complicated process.Expecting us to cancel 2 hrs before the class but they re-book the make up class via EMAiL at 7 am for 8 am class.. Unsure what’s their intention is!.The instructor is great and I did agree on other's earlier comments. The owner and the Wife - worst customer service. they are really terrible and rude. never try to understand customer needs, unhelpful and like to complicate simple things. On top of that, they expect us to use their clunky portal system.Overall, This place is very NOT recommended. and I am so glad that I manage to leave this place.

The Swim Factory is a stand out swim centre. We did a trial elsewhere but this centre shines well above with knowledge and experience with swim teaching They have gone (and continue) to go above and beyond to make our 7 month old Covid lockdown baby adjust socially and emotionally to a new environment.Greg has a huge amount of understanding and knowledge when dealing with little ones which has made us very comfortable.Couldn't recommend them more highly!Very clean and tidy facilities also!

My child did lessons through school there and he came home telling me he doesn’t want to go back. When I asked why he said the teacher pushed his head in the water really hard (yes they do this to guide them but this was malicious) and he was trying to push it back up. When he got up he said to her ‘you’re making it hard for me to breathe’ and the teacher said ‘you’re making it harder for yourself’.Disgusting attitude. Such a resilient child now scared to swim? Avoid at all costs.

We joined Swim Factory after our beloved swim school sadly closed due to unforeseen circumstances. We originally stayed with same company in a different location but unfortunately we weren’t overly impressed. This lead us to the Swim Factory Cranbourne & I couldn’t be happier. The quality of their lessons have been outstanding, my sons swimming improved after only 2 lessons & only continues to get better. The consistency of having the same swim teacher every week has been fantastic & something that other swim schools have definitely lacked (even before covid) They really concentrate on perfecting all areas of the kids swimming & at the same time manage to keep things fun. Management & staff display a lot of passion & are beyond friendly with all parents, kids & siblings attending the centre. Overall just a great facility that I would highly recommend
