Washing machine broke, had to go here. Two loads done, cheaper to buy a new machine at home. Machines here smell bad, a rival laundromat would clean up this business.

Went there this morning 5 minutes before it said it opens to find that all the machines were being used and told to come back in an hour!!What kind of service is this??? You should be able to do a wash without waiting for all the SERVICE washes to be done!!. What happens to walk-ins??? Obviously we don’t count. Took our money elsewhere. Will not be back, shame we couldn’t support our local business. Went Muswellbrook launderette which much cleaner and open 7 days a week and we didn’t have to wait.

If I could put 0 star I would definitely do it. $25 for a bag of clothes that has not been washed it at all. My uniform still got mud on it. I do not recommend this place. Do not waste money nor time.

Sorry to say left washing to get washed and dried 10.20 am with detergent. Picked up about 3pm to find not even folded. $35.00 GET HOME 4PM Finally go to make bed as i had visitors . Find pillow slip missing and comforter still wet. Go to ring but shop closed . Definitely wouldn't recommend!☹
