These guys did such a remarkable job on my partners Range Rover giving its a full detail and cut and polish. I have never seen it so clean. Absolutely thrilled and will be taking my car there next. Would definitely recommend

Not often do I leave feedback but thought this would benefit you on future services. I paid $149 to have car cleaned for my wife. Although I wouldn't usually pay this much I thought it was Christmas and would treat our new car (3months old) a present. Well I don't think it was value for money. In fact I've left very disappointed.I'm not to fussy, but the interior clean failed to clean the rear interior boot, streak marks left were mirrors weren't dried and when I've got home they've left marks all down the door on both sides. I felt that car was rushed and for $149 I would expect a little better.

Amazing service, I was desperate for a car makeover. It was so dirty and I am really time poor. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time due to work commitments I couldn’t come any earlier. They didn’t have to do my car, they definitely could have turned me away. The lovely guys even stayed back to ensure they squeezed in my car. It was to very high standards too! They went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough, if they didn’t squeeze me in I would be at least 2 weeks away from being able to get it done. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ can’t praise them enough! Newtown magic is actually magic. Keep up the amazing work guys! You made my day ❤️

My car was washed great. Had a coffee while I waited, then used the toilet. Omg. The toilet was disgusting. Pity they don't clean that.

Payed $120 and had to get the vacuum and interior cleaner out and finish off all the spots they missed. Sadly value for money the auto car wash does a better job at washing the out side of the car than 5 guys at your business do.. and to top it off the front grill has scratches all over it because I'm guessing someone wasnt trained that clay bars aren't meant to be used on plastic grills coated in chrome??

They are lovely and do a good job only thing need to be trained on windows and windscreen could have done better I had to fix when I got home . Every thing else awesome

I'm a bit disappointed with the service. I paid for a car wash and interior clean. There was still bird poop on the car, the vacuuming was very slap dash, there was water in the boot and all of the floor mats were wet. The price has gone up (which I accept as almost everything has) but the service has dropped. The team needs more attention to detail.

Took express detail with leather treatment for my wife's car last week..interior looked great afterwards. Excellent job again!I paid $500 for SUV detail last week. Interior was cleaned and shampood very well and exterior came up very well with the included clay bar treatment. They also washed my engine bay complimentary. Staff was polite and called me on my phone when the car was ready for pick up. Good service overall. Will recommend this business!

$55 wash……..Wasn’t impressed with the dent they left on my backseat passenger door which was clearly hit by another car that was white or another light coloured vehicle cos the paint was still on it!!! Make sure you check your car before and after!!! Mats were just thrown in & front window screen needed to be cleaned again when I got home!
