I emailed for a form to make an offer early Thursday morning for a property in Blackburn North. No response so sent follow-up email on Friday morning. Friday evening they advised they received an offer on Thursday and Vendor signed Friday.Would question whether they are acting in best interest of vendors by not responding to potential buyers wanting to put in an offer.

Unprofessional And untrained agents.They can’t properly have record of the damages of the property, I guess this is the main responsibility of the agent when a property in her hands.Hope people take consider this review and choose wisely.

Unfair and rude staff!I was renting through Woodards for the first year (and never had any issues) before Inline took over.At the end of my lease I politely shared my option and evidence, and was met with rude emails full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.I ended up accepting an unfair bond deduction to save my energy and time of going through VCAT.I’m sure they do this to a lot of people. Make sure you take care when renting through this company!! Take extra photos and make more comments on the condition report than needed!
