We would Love to thank Karen for her professionalism & so very caring way she looked after us all. I lost my Brother a month ago to an unfortunate motorbike accident. My Brother has a son who lives in NSW when he came up to help organise his dads funeral we didn’t know where to start thankfully his partner got online & showed us a couple of Funeral Directors we all agreed to book in with Karen @ Artisan Funerals. We are so happy we did. From the moment we all met Karen everything ran so smoothly nothing was too hard for Karen. We felt her genuine caring & understanding. As we never got a chance to say Goodbye to my brother Karen organise a beautiful tranquil setting so all had that chance to spend some time with him & say our goodbyes. When I went to pick up my brother Karen sat me down with a coffee & a chat for an hour just to make sure I was doing ok. How to put into words the level of professionalism combined with such compassion that Karen and her team at Artisan funerals showed is exceptional. Simply put what Karen offers is amazing and you needn't look any further for the Funeral Directer you need. Karen directed my fathers funeral perfectly, she also attended to all the various family members needs. Including our dog Kimba!!!! who was given the chance to view his body and say goodbye to him. In my books that is a very special service. Most importantly Karen taught me how important it is to treat a dead body with respect and reverence just by the way she looked after my dads body including how he was dressed.
