Really good deals, especially on the packaged Bosch kits. All genuine parts. Fast postage.I ordered a touch display which stopped working two days after installation; notified cheapalarmparts, and they shipped another new touch panel with a return parcel post satchel, which means I did not have to pay any shipping or packaging charges to receive the new panel or to resend the broken one. Overall, this was sorted in less than a week. This is so hassle free, even compared to the big players like Microsoft, who don't cover packaging costs, from personal experience. And cheapalarmparts' included quick start guide is really helpful compared to Bosch's own documentation.I highly recommend cheapalarmparts for their great prices, and excellent customer service.

This is a superb company to deal with. I purchased a complete Bosch alarm package to replace an existing system. The technical back up was excellent, I had multiple conversations to get the system installed. Always helpful and never got tired of my multiple calls for help caused by me not knowing what I was doing! Very competitive prices but the customer service, expertise and back up is the star. Highly Recommend.

I am giving 5 stars because I can’t give higher. The prices are really the lowest, but what stood out was the exceptional customer service, I was upgrading my system and got stuck at various points, however the technical support provided couldn’t have been better. I would highly recommend them.

This is an excellent company to deal with. My experience with them has been very good from order to the final installation. In my case, they had run a discount promotion the day after I had placed the order. When I reached out to them about it, they gave me an appropriate credit without hesitation.There were no issues with the parts that was supplied. The installation cheat sheet they provide is a must for DIYs. It is clear and makes the installation process a lot simpler.Most importantly, the post-sale technical support provided by Saul is excellent.Would highly recommend this company.

Was great service with installation for the first alarm I bought. Had a question about a problem I was having then no contact. Went to buy another alarm from them but once I mentioned my problem with the first alarm the contact stopped. I sent multiple emails with no response. The problem wasn't a big deal. It was just strange that contact stopped once it was mentioned.It's a shame I have to take my business elsewhere. Pity there's no after sales service
