Could not recommend Gary enough ! From beginning to end. He answered calls promptly, quoted reasonably, arrived on time, and repaired our dog damaged carpet to almost new. He treated his repairs to our carpet like it was his own home and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with his work. Highly recommended A++++

Gary was excellent and incredibly quick, I first called at 10.00am to get the carpet stretched and refitted and he was in and done by 4.00pm the same day and it looks flawless. Excellent service, experience and communication. I give the highest recommendation to Bozfloors.

We needed sections of our carpet patched after a recent renovation and Gary did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. He even fixed the squeak in our floorboards under the carpet! He was very professional and kept us informed about his arrival time. I would highly recommend Gary to others.

Gary was awesome. He laid a piece of second-hand carpet into our lounge room which was exact measurements so needed to be skillful in his approach and he was. The rooms looks fabulous, great communication style, helped us moving furniture back into the room AND provided tips on carpet purchasing going forward.
