Kingaroy store and all Proud Jewellers are total rip offs.Advertise a sale but only have very limited sizers in Rings.I have large fingers, but they don't carry and ladies rings larger then an R.maybe a few O's. Get you instore Bait Advertising.. then you find out they will charge you extra. To either get a ring built. discriminate against the a larger fingered person.# staff laughed when I walked out up set.

Don’t buy from here unless you want to waste your money. My boyfriend got me an opal ring and the opals have fallen out twice now. I have only had it for 2 years. The first time I was lucky and found the opal. When I took it in for them to fix I got it back two months later and it was still lose. They didn’t care and wouldn’t fix it because it was two days after the year warranty. I wasn’t as lucky today and can’t find the opal. Now I have a ring that was so sentimental to me that I can’t wear and have to spend more money on buying a new opal. The service is horrible and the older lady is so rude and does not care. Strongly recommend not going here.

Prouds only have instore small finger rings.So if you are even medium size fingers they charge you 80 dollars to order one in your size.This bait advertising at its best.I will be calling the Accc and fair trading..I asked if they could show me where it states that they charge extra.Was told it's not for the customers it for the staff.So here I am with a 500 dollar gift card and they will not give me the money back.I asked if they told my husband that if they don't have a ring size they would charge extra.The answer was, no they wouldn't have told him as it's not part of the sales process.When I was walking out they 3 staff members laughed.Also the staff told me they only have upto size R ring store. BAIT ADVERTISING ...
