just need to say this, bought clothes for myself and my mate, regular over here, all I gotta say is Jamie got game. She's taken care of everything for me and has excellent taste in style. Great service. The chap I dealt with at colonnades foot locker was very knowledgeable, polite and enthusiastic about looking after exactly what I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or pressed for a sale. Pity I don't remember his name. Definitely recommend.

Visited the Noarlunga store yesterday. Was served by Bec. This girl was brilliant. Best service of all the time stores we visited. Give this girl a pay rise!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service!! I was very impressed because I was only after information and wasn’t purchasing anything. The two female staff members were super helpful and very friendly even though it was busy with customers who were most likely purchasing.

Bought some shoes for hubby, werent the right ones for him so i returned them boxing day. No issue returning them however i was not told that there will be a wait for the money to return into my account. Went in the next day and was told it will be in by Wednesday the 29th by midday. Fast forward to the 29th at 430pm and still no money. Was told by customer service it will take up to another 4 business days. Thatll be 2 weeks without almost $200. If i had of know, i would have just given hubby some money rather than an actual pair of shoes.
