This patient displayed violent and aggressive behaviour towards our staff and has since been reported to police and currently pending criminal charges. This person is not a regular patient of the practice. She has been in this town only a couple month and in that time she had been banned from attending a several health care facilities due to her violent, aggressive and inappropriate behaviour towards staff members. We have very professional and experience staff and this type of behaviour will not be tolerated. We will take continue to take strong actions against any person who displays inappropriate behaviour towards health professionals.

Dr Navin Erathnage is extremely passive aggressive, extremely antagonistic and couldn't care less about his patients this man has zero empathy for serious issues, the other staff I have met were kind and respectful.

What a superb bunch of professionals - reception who swapped things around to get me in, the brilliant nurse and fantastic doctor. Thank you thank you thank you. Worth the 2 hour round trip. Can't recommend highly enough.

Would not recommend, waited there for 45 minutes. Upon seeing the doctor I was then told my problems would have to wait until my next appointment because the doctor was running late. If you have something wrong with you I suggest that you see a different center seeing as this one does not care about your well being.

Great service. Awesome doctors & nurses. 10/10. Reception staff are pretty cool too.
