This Medical Clinic is a Caring Wonderful Medical Team that offer high attentive Medical care.Early April this year I suffered persistent pain specific to the lower left side of the abdomen & the pain was getting worse to the point I had problem walking.At 11ish am I went to see a GP at a clinic I been to for a few years in Footscary opposite to tram station.The Dr can clearly see I was barely walking properly & I described to the Dr where the pain is & how bad is the lvl of the pain, due to the symptoms & pain area point toward Diverticulitis". As soon as the Dr heard of me using this term his respond was "If it is that bad that you have diverticulitis then I can't help you"I was So SHOCKED that's how a Dr responded to a patient that is sickly in Pain In Front of him.He did not ask any further questions or even blood pressure nor did he suggested any medical advice.I left the clinic feeling so disappointed but I really needed a guide of what's wrong

Was looking for a regular and local doctor.The doctor I met was excellent. Asked so many questions to get health background and checked things thoroughly. Doctor explained things well and super caring.Receptionists were lovely too!

Waiting till 2 hours no call received. Lady at the reception Marie is least bothered called twice but she keeps on saying will call you.Telehealth appointment with Dr Amid Karami at 1pm now it's 3.01pm still no call ...

Spoke to the younger receptionist and met with Dr Sarah, both were lovely to talk to, have not interacted with any other staff to comment so perhaps after your visit you would share your experience?The place was clean and tidy with sanitiser everywhere.Enough parking on site and free parking on the side roads.Bulk billing available.

Marie the receptionist at St Albans Medical Services is great!Shes very professional, caring of the patients and always going above for the patients at this clinic.
