Asked by the drive thru staff thre times to repeat the order. If they can't hear pump up the volume so they can hear and not asked 3 or more times to repeat the orderand then make you wait 20 minutes for your order in the waiting bay. Won't be back ever

They are usually good and get your order right till my last visit. We ordered a burger each, mine was cooked properly but was cold, the other was nice and warm. Edible, but not the same when it's not at least warm.Other wise keep up the great work HJ's <3

FYI, Ice cream and shakes aren't available, broken machine but the girl who was on drive-thru was super lovely and fast efficient service

Wet paint, I'm not talking about the walls I'm referring to the workers and their processing speed, I've ordered 2 frozen cokes and have been waiting 20 minutes, there is currently 10 people waiting inside. Pathetic at best.

We had a variety of diners, vegan, beef and chicken lovers.I tried a plant based burger and found it palatable. Our vegan diner was also happy to have her preferences available. The beef lover had a whopper for the first time and actually prefered it to the McDonalds alternative.

Staff are good. But they never get my order right. We get home only to find that they have put lettuce and mayonnaise on the chicken royal.

Was pleasantly suprised when I got my order. My burger was nicely stacked as if its maker had taken a little care when making it. Fries were great too and I normally dont like HJ fries. Staff were polite too and store nice and clean. One of the better stores to visit.
