Same as all big companies sero only one person and the good old excuses I am cleaning coffee machine no coffee available sign should say maybe 24hr coffee going to McDonald next time

I'd give this petrol station 0 stars if I could. I drive past every day. I've called in 3 times and won't be ever again. I've learnt to keep going to either Geelong or Colac. The staff have no customer service skills at all. You have to initiate conversation and ask how they are going otherwise they just stare at you with blank expressions even when right infront of them waiting to be served. No smiles, no thankyou, no nothing. The food in the warmer stays in there for hours on end. The whole site is old and decrepit, looking more like a toilet block then a petrol station. Would not recommend anyone to stop. Keep going to either Geelong or Colac.

1st week food was fresh & coffee was excellent, staff friendly but today, 2/12/22, week 2, sausage roll was stale & coffee was terrible & I threw it out, staff were not that friendly…..

Today I popped in to have a coffee and it was one of the best coffees I've ever had, I needed that coffee cause I had 2 hours worth of travel bacl home and that coffee helped me a lot, thank you for the coffee mam.

Was excited for BP to reopen in Winchelsea as we pass through twice a week and always tried to support the small town station instead of big ones and like to use BP. Unfortunately this BP is always about 20c/litre more for diesel than Geelong and Colac so now we plan our drive to not count on this station. Not sure if they are simply price matching the OTR station on the other side of Winch or if we are paying for their recent renos!
