Jenny offered excellent customer service and was super helpful in making our purchase. We purchased the bed in a box ( supportex) queen size. such a great affordable mattress. Super comfy and 10 year warranty.

Jenny at the Tweed Heads store was excellent. She went out of her way to make sure we found exactly the right mattress. Exemplary customer service & excellent products. I’ve just purchased an adjustable bed, mattress & base from OMF. I shopped around went to Forty Winks, Snooze & Harvey Norman, however the prices & customer service at OMF honestly could not be beaten.A special mention for the Saleswoman Dianne in the Tweed Heads location she went over & above with her friendly service & attitude & I couldn’t have been more impressed, no hard sales techniques were used, unlike the competition.
