Doesn't even deserve one single star. Dealing with TNT has been one of the most painful experiences of my life. The complete disregard for your time and money is absolutely disgraceful. After months of attempting to get someone to collect an order we found a local truck company who could do the same order for 1/4 of the price and they arrived the next day to pick it up!!!!! It has now been two months of trying to obtain a refund. 2 months of someone saying, It has been deposited you will see it in the next 10 days. 10 days goes past, no money. I call again, no one seems to find a refund processed anywhere. Then told the matter is being escalated. It has now apparently been escalated 3 times!!! Called up again today, and then lady said there is no record of a refund or an escalation so oh what do you know, she is going to escalate it again!! GO ELSEWHERE. Save your time and your sanity. These people DO NOT CARE.

Drivers pick & choose jobs as it suited them. Hardly ever turns up to collect shipment. Once a driver finally turns up, he would refuse to collect the shipments & would make up all sorts of excuses. They don't care what damage they cause to businesses. They are very irresponsible, why bother advertising you provide service for large & heavy items when your drivers dont want to collect them.

Absolutely disgusted at the way TNT-Fedex have dealt with my 2 parcels that have gone missing.They Collected 2 boxes and scanned them into the Enfield Depot on the 30th March. There has not been a single scan beyond that, for a month now. They have deemed the parcels lost and left me without any compensation. How can both boxes go missing?Avoid this Courier at all costs!!!

Are you kidding me? Not a single parcel I've had delivered by TNT (never my courier of choice by the way - always the retailer's) has reached my hands on the scheduled day. Regardless of whether I'm at home or not the driver always says whoops we missed you" and leaves it at the "nearest" depot which is a good 5km away. What a joke.The latest parcel had TNT text me at 6:50pm for delivery before 6pm that day! Am I supposed to time travel to get my parcel? How does someone work with negative 50 minutes notice?TNT you had one job: to deliver parcels as scheduled. Do it. Please.Any retailers reading this: avoid TNT at all cost

The delivery company who can't deliver.Absolutely garbage. The reviews aren't wrong. The CEO Karen Reddington should be ashamed of herself and be sacked by the board. Had an urgent international delivery of a very expensive item scheduled to arrive on Monday before 5pm. Stayed home from work all day. Called at 5 and was told to wait till 6. Called at 6 and was told to wait till 6.30. Called at 6.30 and was told he probably wasn't coming... then got a text to say they attempted delivery and no one answered. There was no card and no one showed up on our cameras. Called again and was told the driver probably lied about coming past because he didn't have time. Was promised delivery first thing in the morning the next day. Called at 9 and was told it was marked urgent. Called at 11 and was told they didn't know where the driver was. Called at 1 and was told they still hadn't heard anything was on the phone for an hour and a half with no resolution. The driver turned up just before 2.00pm. Had 2 days off work because they couldn't get their act together.

Absolutely the worst service and delivery company on the market. Send a confirmation email with a date that the package will be delivered and they deliver it on the wrong day. What’s the point of the email then?Not to mention that the drivers never get out of their trucks they just put a “sorry we missed you” ticket but I was there, in my clinic and watched the driver drive off even though I was waving to him. Called customer service and the little girl stated it was my fault and spoke over the top of me. What happened to customer service? Never have a good experience with this company.

Extremely unimpressed. I have had a 1.5tonne item to be picked up from Sydney to go to Hervey Bay QLD in an emergency order. IT has been booked in for over a week and not picked up. Many follow calls. No one important we can talk to. Thousands of dollars will be lost to our business when this does not arrive on time. No communication from TNT. We even rebooked the pick up. TNT Shame on you for not being a professional organization. I feel you have plenty of work available and as such do not care at all about your customers. Very Poor

Totally hopeless. I used TNT as I remembered them from the past as a credible company. Booked at 11.38am via the web for an urgent delivery. Was not picked up till Monday. So called up. Said it was due to a technical glitch. But as a courier business if there is a technical glitch - surely they need to let the customer know. Because in my case the parcel has still not been picked up - and its 1036am on Monday and still on phone trying to fugure out what's happening. I'd nevery use them again and will be complaining to Consumer Affairs about them being a company with no sense of a simple decades long industry of pick up and delivery - which i reckon they have long forgotton how to do. I really regret going with TNT

Terrible service. Deeply disappointed with the delivery service provided by TNT Australian. The delivery driver's complete lack of professionalism is appalling. There was absolutely no effort made to ring the doorbell or make any attempt at delivery. To make matters worse, they failed to leave a delivery card, leaving me in complete darkness regarding the whereabouts of my parcel.
