Been there multiple times and I always regret my decision. Horrible service, staff always wait until they finish filling doing what they’re doing before they come to the counter to serve. Never with a smile and never with a nice greeting. Staff talking on their phones during service. Also I don’t know if it’s possible but it seems I always get to 60 to 80cents before I can feel/hear the fuel actually going in. Not to mention the area is always dirty. Overall the the worst 711 I’ve been to

Disapointed..Small coffee price has doubled from 1 dollars to 2 dollars..today was my last purchase...Coles coffee will now be my go to.

Fuel price is good most of the time. Staff are great especially Sam who always smiles and is very helpful.

Fuel prices are consistently a lot higher than 7 Eleven Ashmore, just a few kms away. Today Nerang was 10 cents per litre more expensive. That's a rip off. It's annoying because it's my local fuel station but I only go there if desperate due to their high prices.

I fell down in the store the other day (Monday, 5 March 2018) and the attendant working there was lightning fast to help me in any way possible. Not only did he help me up, but offered a place to sit, a glass of water, anything.....he was exceptionally nice though I assured him I was definitely okay. What a nice man!---lots of good will and good service!

Got told i needed to pre pay for my fuel after i took all of my motor bike gear off after explaining to the attendent i dont know exactly how much fuel it would take to fill it she just looked at me like i asked her what is the meaning of the universe pathetic service

Great gas station, always busy, heart of nerang, close to shops which include, coles, pharmacy and more. It’s also convenient and close to the movies,Same price as most other gas stations, not too much difference,Would recommend if cheap, otherwise same as every other place.
