Better NOT" go to Wal's. Incompetent and zero stock on most items

Am I the only one who thinks this is a front for something? Seriously, the big guy who just stands there slumped over the front desk with a blank look on his face on his phone while customers are hanging around gives weird awkward feelings. He doesn't greet, he just stares. Also majority of their stock is still missing???? Including dispensary stock? When I know when there isn't a shortage of that many pharmacy products as I work in pharmacy? The staff are unprofessional and don't seem trained

Every time my child has been sick and needed a script, they never have anything in stock, we are talking the basics, antibiotics, redipred etc. The place is full of empty shelves like its about to close down.

Shelves are always bare steer clear, I asked for a delivery for ventolin they said driver was busy and out of stock so I went in and they had a ventolin so they lied to get out of a delivery, won’t be back

Staff told me to visit the Chemist next door because they're having stock supply issues. Has been like this for a long time now.

The only pharmacy with out medication. Not to mention it takes 15 minutes for them to realise they don't have the common meds you need.

They don’t always have what I want in stock but they’re happy to order or get it in. I’ve always found the customer service to be very good, exceeding everywhere else.

The opening hours of this pharmacy are such an awesome community service, and I find the after-hours staff extremely courteous and helpful. They also offer free delivery which has been SO helpful from time to time when we've really needed it. The actual owner of the pharmacy must have a bad credit rating or something with their wholesalers because the shelves are often quite bare, but the staff do the best with what they have and my family and I really appreciate all they do.

Went to get an ankle support or pressure bandage, they had nothing on the shelves almost nothing available. Totally useless. Won't be back.

A big thank you for delivering medication to my doorstep after hours.Everybody at Wals was very helpful and does seem to have minimum stock to present, but in todays inflation costs trying to run a business could well be that they're running an efficient business and will order stock as need be, I know from running a small business.I also noticed that one particuliar female staff member could do with some customer service upskilling and shouldn't be allowed to serve customers until then.I had to hold back from giving her serve myself but everybody is entiltled to have a bad day.Lets see the next time I meet her!Pricing on items are the best in the area!I've compared with other chemists.Shellharbour Hospital recommends them as they're very convenient for after hours service.Those whom had a bad experience there should remember they're working after hours and serving the local community.Do your comparisons with pricing, opening hours and easy access to the chemist before posting a comment.Keep up the great work!
