Worst experience had at this particular shop and will never shop there again and will be advising all family and friend's to do that same.Went in to look for a new wedding set and helped by a staff member who helped me pick out a beautiful set which was valued at $1,299.I said I would show my husband and be back to order it.Upon going back to store the price had been changed to $2,599.The manager was not in and was advised she would call me the following day, she had no intention of contacting me to which I had to call and she was not helpful what so ever.I then contacted head office who is only offering the ring set for $2,000.I don't believe I should be made to pay for someone else's mistake and will definitely be taking this to Consumer Affairs.Reading other people's reviews on here, it seems as though this happens quite frequently!Do not shop here if you want a bad experience and un helpful staff when they make mistakes

Awesome staff! I had a few jewelries that I wanted to check first prior to purchasing, and she was very patient in showing me all. She knows customer service very well in as much as she knows gold and diamonds! Appreciate the gesture

Thank you.Some of the staff at the store were I bought my product not so much. They went out of their way when I went to buy the product but returning it because of the fault it had, the two people I dealt with were not helpful at all.

I purchased a $400 Seiko watch for my husband just before Christmas. We bought it from the Broadmeadows store because that’s the only Store that had the particular sports watch in stock. The dial of the watch is supposed to turn but it was stuck and when we looked closer the watch was rusted. We took it back to south morang bevilles because it’s the closest. I don’t particularly want a faulty watch that I paid $400 for. So I asked for a refund and the sales assistant became offensive, threw her hands up in the air and said “no way you can exchange this and get a refund” mind you, I had the watch on a different band and she used that excuse. The original band was still wrapped in plastic with the correct price ticket. I told her I was the customer and she was there to give me a service and not have a tantrum and act as if it was something personal, she then got her manager and the manager acted as if she couldn’t see the rust! She finally decided to send it back to seiko and said she couldn’t guarantee a refund. Okay! So now we have to wait 2 months for a response from seiko. Ridiculous. The overall customer service was disgusting and juvenile. The manager then proceeded to ask why we purchased it from Broadmeadows and are now bringing it back to south morang so I had to explain because that’s the only store that had that watch in stock and seeing as they were a franchise I’m delivering it back to the chain I purchased it from. Made us feel like we were doing something dodgy. Now to wait and see the outcome of the watch. I’ll contact consumer affairs if it’s not a good one.

Raff and Nella go above and beyond to give the best customer service! They both went out of their way to help fix the mystery of the rattling diamond in my new engagement ring and wouldn't let me leave until I was 100% satisfied.

Went in today to look at some gold stud earrings. Jarrod served me straight away and showed me a couple of options. He wasn't pushy but very helpful and friendly. I went away to think about the purchase and returned in 5 minutes as it was his service that got me back. He is an excellent asset to the company and a breath of fresh air.

I had taken my engagement ring in to be resized and all new and sparkly before our engagement party.It was getting closer to the date and I was getting a little stressed that it wouldn’t be ready in time. After calling a few days in a row and it not back at the store yet the lovely store manager (I already forgot his name but it started with T) went out of his way to drive to the city to collect it for me in time for our special day. Nella was also very understanding and patient with me during phone calls.The customer service I received was beyond amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful.Thank you so much to the team at plenty valley.
