Can’t fault their communication and timeliness. When it comes to pricing etc I had specifically requested a deep clean. Asked and paid for a deep clean with high attention to wall scrubbing.Half clean on the ceiling fan- dusting of the fan was only the underneath the fan blades not the top of the blades on the whole fan itself, and unfortunately there was a lot of dust left on our dining room table and the floor.Tv was wiped down but we can still see streak marks all over it, dust was left on the tv table.The bathroom was great was well scrubbed down, but only one mirror was cleaned not the other two mirrors weren’t wiped down, and the walls in the bathroom weren’t scrubbed at all.Still hair and dust on the floors in various areas.Window tracks also weren’t completed and we had discussed this in our messages.I thought that it was to be a deep clean, with walls well scrubbed (that was a big priority)Paid for a deep clean with high attention to walls and it seems we left with not the best job.

You can blindly rely on her. Super professional and a cheerful person. Did vacate cleaning and full bond money returned. Highly recommended ❤️❤️. All the best
