I went into to get a new screen cover for my iPhone. I was greeted by Amy who provided me with excellent service and was very helpful. She also put my screen protector on and my phone looks brand new again! Will definitely be back again. Thanks Amy! :) :)

Visited your lavington store on the 29/04 I was disappointed in the service I received from a young male employee dressed in black.. black hair....enquiring about new phone prices and plans.. I have had a iPhone 6 for a number of years and the battery life is running out..all the time he kept typing on his computer only looking up for a very short time to look at my phone then his attention went back to his computer...I then said I will try else where as I was leaving the store he was heard to say good luck with that...... really not good service....

Absolutely useless staff. Lied to me and told me that my details would take 7 to 10 business days to be sent to Optus when in reality it was only a simple change of ownership on an account case. Withheld information purposely then when called to request details be transferred to harvey Norman lied again.

Yesterday, Saturday the 25th of February, i went into Reconnect to browse for a new phone. Ended up buying one put in on a plan. The. Staff where amazing, especially Richard who was very helpful with his knowledge of all their phones. And it was no trouble toTo transfer over all my details to my new phone. He even stayed back after the shop had closed. Highly recommend Richard for great customer service.

I was here on 1st April early afternoon. I was served by a lovely young lady (sorry I didn't get her name). After receiving excellent service from her, I asked her if she knew where I could get some toilet paper. She didn't but told me if I didn't manage to get some in the centre to come back as she had managed to get some and I could have some of hers! I didn't get any but no way was I going to take hers. What a gorgeous girl. Now that's great service!

- honestly would not give 1 star but wouldnt allow me to give nothing.. disgusting service and back up. Multiple attempts to call to followup and phone repeatedly hung up on without answering. When finally answered informed we are closed call back tomorrow this was 4pm on friday ... Hell will freeze over before i purchase anythign from this store

So pleased I decided to go into the Re Connect Lavington branch.Had to renew Telstra plan. Very professional staff who patiently listened to me and contributed to my decision on final plan. I'm a senior and not very technical such a change to be listened to by very patient staff member. Five stars for sure.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
