Great service, I purchased a secondhand gas heater on marketplace and needed to have it serviced. Turns out I needed a LPG heater but had purchased a natural gas heater. No problem, the guys at Newcastle Gas traded it for a Secondhand LPG heater that had been fully serviced for a fair price, I left a happy customer. I’ll be back next season for my next service. Definitely worth the drive from the bottom of the lake for such good customer service.

I came in with a second hand gas heater, turns out I purchased the wrong one… silly me! The lads helped me out, 20mins later I am walking out with a new heater already reconditioned and my ego in tac. Thank lads much appreciated :)

excellent service. around $20 more expensive but since having the service six weeks ago we have noticed a significant reduction in gas useage compared to last year after a service from another business. Highly recommend and would not go anywhere else. Thanks Newcastle Gas
