Lily's Chicken
We experienced very poor customer service today from one of the male staff today afternoon . The staff did not communicate at all to understand our needs. The chicken was cut and packed very poorly. When we asked for another bag because we couldn't carry the chicken that way, the guy serving us did not care about it. It was both poor packing of meat and customer service that bothered us today. Customer service needs to be improved immensely.

I had a terrible experience here yesterday (June 22nd, 2020) when I purchased the chicken burger and it was under cooked inside (pink). I raised this with the manager of the shop, who just made excuses about the faulty equipment in the kitchen. It is safe to say that I was disappointed both by the low safety standards of the kitchen as well as the shop's response to the mistake.

A friend came to visit today， pretty much last minute arrangement, hence decided to go BBQ - Simple and no preparation required. Lots of flavors from spicy to sweet, plenty of choices for adults and kids. Amazingly, all guests have something they really like (bought a lot and not much left, so I know it must be real), I will definitely come back. Strongly recommend especially when you don't know what you need, I believe I can always find something right (as I only tried a tiny section of what they have).

Party at home last Saturday and personally not a good cook. A friend recommended this shop and i have to recommend it on - everything is perfect. i arrived at booked time, food is right there waiting, all packages are so well prepared, a vast range of variety to choose from, great taste and all kids loved it - my son is super happy (he is such a fussy eater). Will definitely come back!

Worst fried chicken ever i had in my life. I purchased three chicken item and all were not hot and taste was not good at all. Staff needs to be trained as service was not upto the standards. I haven’t purchased raw chicken but cooked chicken items were not tasty. I don’t recommend this place if you are craving for fried chicken. Overall experience was bad.

Love the food but you don't get a chance to choose the piece of chicken you want. Not going to comment on the customer service cause the food in this place is their saving grace.
