Tong Li Supermarket Cabramatta

Tong Li Cabranatta has just about everything you would need for Asian groceries, they stock all the important and major items from leading Chinese, Korean and Japanese products alongside the other Thai and Vietnamese niche products.They also atock a large range of vegetarian and vegan product as well.They are one of the larger supermarkets in Cabramatta and are close to public transportation, next to the bus stop, train and taxi stand.The store is a bit packed as they keep the store overstocked eoth pantry supplies. They sell pantry goods, frozen goods but there fresh produce is fairly disappointing. So if you need fresh goods visit the fruit and veg markets for better produce. They also stock asian kitchen goods such as steamers and rice cookers, alongside utensils as well.The store is mostly clean and tidy most of the time but since it busy it kind look messy as well.The highlight is they stock a lot more goods than the average tong li store and definielty have more variety than the liverpool branch.The staff are courteous and they are covid compliant. They accept all major credit cards, eftpos and amex.

Staff was so rude.. i was very sad because they didn't hear and answer when i was telling them. Just ignore.. please training the staff carefullyI will never go here..

Great Asian supermarket with lots to choose from. Only thing I would recommend for the owners of the chain is to ensure their staff knows how to speak English as it is very difficult to ask for a product if the staff can only speak mandarin. I've been to a few Tong Li stores and staff can't even speak minimal english. Service is key when you are in this industry.

Good place for speciality ingredients, eg making ramen. Common items found in other Asian groceries, this place tends to be slightly more expensive.

Rude chinese cashier on the left lane.went there for my weekly groceries shop-pin month ago. Paid and held my hand out to get my receipt from her. Guess what ? She threw it among my groceries for me to pick it up. What a rude lady.

Easy to browse aisles and quite a large variety of items. From higher priced items to cheaper generics this supermarket is a one stop shop for Asian groceries and would suit anyones budget. There is also a great selection of Asian snacks, drinks and confectionery. The dim sum range is very good here and is of great quality. They also accept eftpos and they scan the barcodes of their products which makes it so convenient (especially considering the majority of Asian grocery stores do not have these facilities). They are located right across from Cabramatta train station which it makes it convenient if you need to pick up groceries and Cabramatta is on the same train line.

Typical Asian supermarket. The goods are ok but some staff members need to understand what customer service is. If they treat customers with rudeness and unwillingness to help, why would people visit again especially there are many other choices in the area? Being Asians doesn’t necessarily mean they all speak Mandarin. Perhaps the owner should give more training to his staff.

I love to shop here because the price is affordable.

best place to look for some yummy ice cream. this shop sells Pinoy Sorbetes or Filipino ice cream.. i comes in avocado, ube (purple yam), ube macapuno, cheese aka keso and so on.one of the best ice cream ever at 13.50.thank you tongli Cabramatta for importing such wonderful product.. this is one of the reason on why I go to Cabramatta..
