Scarlet was incredible, she was patient, kind & helpful; nothing was too much trouble, she was understanding, she *listened*, she thought carefully about each issue I raised & presented a solution - the end result - only one item was not able to be purchased; not available at PB; but Scarlet gave good very good personal advice on that as well.Truly outstanding shopping experience @ West Ryde; the last time I'd visited I vowed never to return; I'm glad I did; if everyone encounters staff with the same people skills & product knowledge Scarlet has, they will leave PB happy.Thanks Scarlet, champion effort! I hope PB rewards you well.

Love the friendly service at checkout and especially liked being left free to roam for 30minutes and check out all the products before I made my decision. Some products i feel are a bit on the pricier end but you get good offers quite often so recommend to sign up as a petbarn member

I used to go there with my dog to buy her snacks all the time and really enjoyed to shopping with friendly staff and decent environment but I got very awful customer service today by one of staff her name is Immi(?) .I was waiting to pay and she came to counter without greeting with grumpy face. I asked some stuff and she said if there isn’t then we don’t.Very irresponsible customer service. Normally when I ask something to other staff they do double check just in case but she didn’t .After paid didnt say thanks or goodbye any words and just looked at me with rude attitude.Very unpleasant experience.I don’t want to visit there anymore.

We adopted a cat through them. Convenient parking, convenient that you can immediately buy a starter kit for a cat, virtuous employees who told in detail and answered all questions.

I have been visiting this store during the past year or so for my two fish tanks at home.I got everything from this store, including the fish and equipments. I would defo recommend this particular petbarn shop as the staff there are very helpful and friendly. They would happily go the extra mile to make sure you get the right product for your needs, and they are passionate and knowledgable about pets, which is the reason why I can have very enjoyable convos every time I visit.I got back today as one of my pumps stopped working, and the store manager happily replaced it for me with a brand new pump. I did not even need to bring in my receipt because once you become a member with them, they will have all your purchase details in their system. Super handy.I would say if you like pets and goodies for them, this store if the place to go. :]

Just wanted to say thankyou to your staff at Petbarn West Ryde. Went in today, and couldn't find the milky doggy-treat I was after for my best friend (pictured). A Petbarn customer assistant, Anthony (I think that's his name) was extremely helpful, as are all the other staff when I've shopped there. Thanks!

Clean store and friendly staff. I was looking for a certain kibble but they were out of stock, but the blue hair lady did help me check other stores but ultimately was out of stock too. The staff were all busy but she took the time to help me out which I appreciated. I ended up buying an alternative kibble and left a satisfied customer.

Nat needs a raise. She is such a helpful and bright employee. she was considerate and friendly, i would 100% ask for her next time i go petbarn if i need help. (She was working on Sunday at 1:30 when i went)
