Absolutely the worst and laziest customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a quantity of Milwaukee kit and some ancillary items, two of which I was told I would have to pick up from another store. I informed the salesperson" that I was away for another 6 days

The usual brain dead staff, ask for multiple tools to be told down there"... been here multiple times since moving to the area and its always the same lack luster experience. They seem to care more about sweeping then they do customer service."

Husband purchased a tool at Sydney Tools in Butler. The attachment for the tool was incorrectly order by a staff member at this branch. When he went to return it, they were not happy to offer him his money back. They said that he had to pay a restocking fee and he could only get an instore credit. Sydney tools as a company are not happy to accept returns on products that they incorrectly supply their customers. They have very set terms that do not meet consumer laws. They do not even bother to contact you from their head office to resolve the matter. They have lost my business.

Bought alot of tools here but had to return a couple of items un used still in packaging.Told i was a day late returning them 14 day deadline.Will never buy any more tools here.I have had no bad experiences in returning stuff to Bunnings, Toolmart or Tradies. But only here.
