Magic Carwash Bentley

I have been here twice already first time was alright but second time not happy with it after steaming the car and the chemicals is sticking on the speedometer. I pay for this 350$ but I’m not really worried about it but I hop at least get my car clean.I have talk to the guy after this happen but they said is not there fault.?

Impressed by the ambience, coffee lounge and overall service. I had some stains on the floor and front seats, which they had them almost gone. I chose the expensive package of interior detail, headlight cleaning and a good quality wash. It took about 2 hours and made me pleased at the end. Highly recommended for someone want a superior service.

Car came from out bush Glendambo South Australia.Drove across Australia to Perth and called into these guys o clean it up.Car looked great and smelled even better once they had finished with it.3 days driving, eating, sleeping in Car was magically made to disappear. :)Still some scratches, but they need paint :p

Got a supreme wash, but after picking up car, exterior still had dirt and road crime in places. The parts they did wash were done very welll, as was the trim polish.Interior vacuum wasn't done very well at all, still had dirt on the mats and carpet.

Great service and value for the price. My car was very sandy and dusty and they did a really good job at getting my car back to being clean. Lovely staff and nice area to relax while you wait.Will be returning

Be careful! This place is not ideal if you care about the car a lot. I normally have my car washed by myself or a professional detailer but today, i needed to have it washed urgently for a mothers day event so I expected some degree of swirls when I brought the car there. However, the amount of swirls/scratches that my car had wasnt acceptable. I don't think they rinse/wash the dirts enough before they rub the car with soap or something or they reuse dirty mittes/towels without changing. It looks like they used sand paper to wash.. I think they are even worse than automatic machine car wash. The spoiler in the photo has recently been repainted professionally from a workshop and there were zero scraches when I checked after I washed 2 weeks ago. Now it has lots of scratches/swirls on the wing, which means they added that amount of swirls on the entire surface of my car. I complained about it to a staff member for them to revisit and improve their improper washing process but they kept denying that the swirls were made by them. Well, I cannot prove that the swirls werent there as it was dirty (why would I have it washed if the car wasn't dirty?). I personally have some experiences in the car detailing industry also I used to run a YouTube channel for car care products and detailing process so I also know what can cause this kind of swirls. In the end the guy tried to fix it by applying a chemical but I know it just hides the swirls temporarilly for a short period of time.Long story short, they should improve the washing process to minimise swirls and please be careful when you want to bring a car that you care about a lot.

Did a good job inside the car but not happy the exterior.The tyres was shiny when they gave the car after express detail, but the magic failed when it rained right after. They covered up the mess with the tyre gloss without washing it properly. Plus, no attention to detail. Super disappointed.
