Recently I received a piece of gold jewellery in the post which I had purchased interstate. It was due to be gifted the following day. Upon inspection I noticed that there were some very visible scratches in the gold. I literally only had hours in which to rectify the problem before leaving on a long drive north to present the gift. I explained the situation to the most helpful staff at Anastasia's and they pretty much leapt into action immediately. I received a call a short time later saying I could come and pick up the item which was polished to immaculate perfection! Service above and beyond the norm from a caring local business. 5 stars and thank you so very much.

Peter was extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. He was willing to answer all our questions without making us feel under pressure. They have an amazing collection of jewelery including pink diamonds !

Long story short, I lost my diamond pearl ear ring, went to Anastasia's to have a replacement made. Jill & Peter both took time to go through their pearl stock to find a match to my existing pearl and it was perfect. A week later I had my ear rings back. Couldn't be happier with the one they made for me. They were polite, patient and professional. Thank you

I went in to have pearls restrung, when I spied some amazing gold pearls. Love at first sight. Jill expertly went through the process for producing these luxurious natures gifts. Jill, Laura & Peter gave of their time & expertise to help me find just the right pearl & chain. Since being home (Coffs Harbour) so many people have commented and asked me about gold pearls. My other pearls have been expertly restrung. The cost of this & my pearl was very reasonable and competitively priced. Thank you to you all from a VERY SATISFIED Customer.Update Nov 21: Just purchased clip on earrings to match my golden pearl pendent Jill went out of her way with photos & suggestions to help match the pearls as we are back in Coffs Harbour now. Seriously professional & personal service. The match is perfect. LOVE THEM

Peter, Jill AND especially Laura were absolutely wonderful in helping me pick jewellery I absolutely love. Mum and I visited the store in January and bought a number of pearl pieces - absolutely beautiful.Have now just received a stunning gold bracelet, necklace and gorgeous ring in the mail (for Mum and me). We love everything to bits, and will definitely be going back there on our next trip to Broome. Thanks guys! xxxEveryone needs to visit you!

After thorough research, I contacted Jill by phone and we discussed numerous options from the extensive range of jewelry at Anastasia's. Her knowledge is outstanding and she spent hours showing me different styles (via the Internet). Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed or pressured. The jewelry is exquisite but the standout is the service; I just can't stress how exceptional Jill is in her honesty and how she went out of her way to assist me.The result was that I am the proud owner of the most beautiful South Sea pearl earrings. I am thrilled to bits and 110% happy with them.Dealing with Jill and her husband Peter (who own the business and really know their pearls) has been an absolute pleasure. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I I found a beautiful ring that i fell in love with. I discussed options with Peter who took the time and patience to listen to what i wanted and got back to me in a very short time with options. I chose what i wanted and needed the ring resized which was done at no extra cost. A day later the ring was ready to be picked up. Both Peter and Jill were extremely personable and helpful, and answered all the questions i had. Thank You for a wonderful experience
