The staff were really great and offered lots of advice - unfortunately on trying to follow that advice they then didn't have in stock what I needed (which to be honest was nothing fancy- just basic) - looks like a trip to bunnings after all !!

my wife just purchased 2 bags of rapid set and neither of the 2 young blokes offered any help at all. She did 2 trips back and forth to her car. Pretty poor service.

Morgan was a complete superstar in helping with my Principal kitchen. Her patience was amazing and her design advice spot on. The rest of the team in-store are helpful and really know their stuff. The range they stock is also good and they usually have what I need.

Great service even at 7 am. And I managed to find everything I needed. They have a good range of tools, hardware, and down the back even Stock and horse feed. Although I hate painting I believe they even have a good range of paint.There is also a Bendigo Bank agency out the front

Customer service is not in their skill set. I would not advise becoming a member of this co-op as the number of times they have been rude or otherwise unhelpful, I have lost count of.
