Absolutely appalling customer service. Also no willingness to honor warranty on two batteries that failed less than a year after purchase, and both were under two years warranty. Also this lack of professionalism is reflected with the constant change of ownership.You might think saving some dollars here it's a good deal, but you'll be wasting time, money and energy dealing with these guys. Go to a reputable, established batteries business, with more than 10 years in the field, you'll pay a little bit more, but they will go to you to fix any issues, especially if you'restranded somewhere.
