Highly recommend NSHF. I rented a water rower and after the rental period went on to buy the rower. Dealing with Scott and Phil was a breeze, both very professional and offered excellent advice when it came to what machine would suit me. I’ll be back!!

Phil and Scott were a pleasure to deal with. Good advice, nice showroom and helpful service. Gave me a good deal on a bundle including an Inspire SCS smith machine + plate weights etc. Looking forward to buying a few extra bits as I build out my gym.

We bought an expensive Matrix E30 Cross Trainer for home use from Scott and when we experienced problems with it, he originally gave us Johnson's (JHTA) number for service and then a few weeks later I called again and he gave me a direct contact at Johnson who supposedly could help us. That was the last time I was able to speak to Scott. As it turns out, Johnson only diagnoses problems via email (without seeing the machine) and it took 3 months to get the machine fixed" (I hope) after saying the part would arrive in 2 weeks. During the long 3 month wait to use my exercise equipment

No compassion shown to an elderly lady. My aunt, in not wanting to burden the family, decided she could buy an exercise bike, as she had used one in rehab previously. Due to her age and health issues she was unable to drive to the store to try it out, she was unable to do thorough research on the internet, and she did not understand that not all exercise bikes are the same. This business happily sold her a exercise bike costing more than $1000 over the phone. When it was delivered and she said she couldn't climb up onto it, she was told to climb onto a box (this is to someone who has had multiple falls and can't even climb a step, let alone a box). Efforts by myself to return the bike were met with arrogance and smugness and a refusal to budge on their refund policy. Although legally the business is not required to offer a refund, I am extremely disappointed that they chose to show no pity or kindness to my elderly aunt.

The ONLY reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5, is because of one little error in paperwork that set me back a couple of days. All was fixed efficiently, and at the end of the day I was happy. Great team (had a good laugh), and even though most contact was via email, it was refreshing to get quick responses. I mainly dealt with Scott, but the other guys were courteous and helpful when I visited the showroom. Will deal with again in the future. :)

The operator (Scott) was very helpful and communicative despite presumably being super-busy getting equipment out to people at the beginning of Covid. I received quick and helpful information from Scott prior to deciding to purchase and options for payment. I'm very happy with the customer service and very happy with the exercise bike I bought there. Recommended!

Above and beyond. A product had a missing part (at no fault of theirs). They organised a same-day courier to deliver a replacement.
