Chris is an absolute legend. We exchanged an email thread I am sure was testing the limits of Gmail. I had plenty of questions regarding my gaming desktop build that Chris easily answered and was happy to discuss further over several phone calls. If you are looking for a local warranty, quality workmanship and service then Chris is your man.

My gaming laptop was overheating during gameplay. It needed to be cleaned out internally and the thermal paste reapplied. Chris picked up the laptop from my house in the morning, completed the cleaning efficiently and professionally, and delivered it back to me by the end of the day.Top effort, and I will be returning to these guys in the future for any additional repairs or work. Chris was excellent in promptly dealing with a dead laptop. Took the call on a Friday night and collected the computer from my door first thing Saturday morning. Had the diagnosis and recommendation before midday the same day and returned it that afternoon. Amazing emergency computer service and great value for money!!

If I could give Peter-CPKN Computers six stars I would! Peter identified and fixed the problem with my son’s laptop promptly and expertly. Peter translated the technical language with ease, essential for a ‘layperson’ like me. The pick-up/drop-off service was seamless. CPKN pricing was reasonable. Chris From CPKN delivered exceptional customer service and at a very reasonable price. I had a porblem with my new Dell XPS laptop that stopped it from working. Chris initially advised me to contact Dell for technical support. Due to my needs to have the computer up and working asap, Chris agreed to help me after Dell told me someone will get back in touch with me within the next few days. Chris then came to office and picked up the laptop within a couple of hours, rang me that night at around 8pm to explain the problem and the solution. Dropped the laptop back to me at the office by around 9 am the next morning......all before Dell even returned my call. Amazing service!
