I ordered from the Uk which can be pot luck sometimes when your only going on reviews but I wasn’t disappointed.Amazing service and even more amazing flowers they were absolutely beautiful .

This is the second time that I have organised flowers over the last few months... Based in Sydney, it was difficult to know a good florist ....From all reports and without seeing them they were fantastic... This is not a good florist BUT an outstanding first class florist that is very well priced.I recommend them without hesitation. Thanks.

Ordered a floral bouquet for a friends birthday today and was super pleased with the friendly phone conversation, choice of colour and their attention to detail and unbiased pricing . My friend received her special gift creation and it looked stunning ,within a couple of hours. So efficient and professional.Very pleased and highly recommend them.

Got given a bouquet from a friend for my birthday. Unwrap it to see this! 5 stems and so tiny. Overpriced and not what you would expect from a florist!!!

Very disappointed with the size of the bunch we had delivered yesterday. Picked the larger option for sizing (called generous) and was very embarrassed at the size of the bunch when our friends sent a photo to us.

Really friendly staff and excellent service. I called requesting an urgent delivery and the staff & courier were so accommodating - a reasonably large bouquet was ordered, made and delivered in 45 minutes! Thanks again Jasmine's Flowers :)

My partner just got me one of these for our anniversary. The bouquet is gorgeous and service was good, except he also got me two quality chocolates.Apparently because of covid the ones he ordered for me weren’t available, so we were instead given two different ones, which I don’t like. He called to ask about it, and we just got told “it’s due to supply issues because of COVID, hopefully it’s still enjoyable” and that was it. I understand the struggle, and I have compassion, but we paid for one thing and received another that we never would’ve ordered if we were aware.It would’ve been nice if we got a heads up about it, or they checked in before packing to see if the substitutes were okay still. Especially for the price that was paid. And there was no attempt to rectify it or anything... we only called because there was an issue. If it were tolerable, we wouldn’t have bothered.Sadly it’s left a sour taste because I was really excited for the chocolate. Not very happy, and it ruined what was meant to be a good experience.

My family have been getting Flora Blumes for a long time now and will continue to use their flowers for all our special occasions and to brighten every table.
