Technical support is dreadful. Can't hear anyone on the phone. Can't type a technical support form longer than 256 characters, which is absurd. Classic situation of a decent products and a poor management team and management of customers in Australia. Will do anything to get a sale and do nothing to support afterwards.

If there drivers are anything like their company then I'd definitely NOT be able be using them or recommend them. Flying over a pedestrian crossing while we were about to cross Is definitely not a company I'd want anything to do with. Especially at a busy shopping centre like Casey Central with a high percentage of young children & elderly. Definitely saw us. Just arrogant..

My company signed a contract with Fuji in 2016 for five years, due the business changes, we sold part of the business, four printers supposed to be sold /transferred to the new owner. After dealing with their staffs for half year, they told us they are not doing partial deed of variation, they cannot transfer the machines to the new owner. Now we are still paying the four printers which we do not use at all. There is another supplier who give us a much better rate, when we tried to terminate the contract early last year, the total cost is $ 63667.18 for 11 printers. They do not increase price according to CPI, the agreement 9 (f) Variation: FXA may vary (II) the Charges for support services and any other goods or services specified in the schedule immediately by notifying customer. This means once we signed the contract, they could charge us whatever they want to. The team is very big, for a small quire, they will CC many people and the problem is still not sorted. When you try to hold their account, they will quickly hold your account and not providing service. I feel my company has been trapped in the contract and the experience is terrible.
