Quality food as per all Subway outlets, but service is let down by the recent (pre Christmas) promotion of an immature capricious “bogan” lacking social skills who has been promoted above her competence level. Luckily, there are plenty of quality food outlets near by.

The guy who served me today made a great sub. The fillings actually stayed inside the bread. The first time this has happened at this Subway.

I came instore on Sunday 11 30am . There was a young boy serving and the girl was making subplatters. The young man was left to serve everyone while the girl just ignored the customers. there is no reason why she couldn't combine making subs and serving. The young man did a nice job but there were 8 people by the time we finished.

So after leaving a review 7 months ago I thought I'd come back and update it. This is literally the worst store I've been to across Australia bar none, half a dozen visits over 7 months since my review and ONCE they had everything I ordered.I'd normally recommend a local business over any other being that I own a local business, but honestly go ANYWHERE else, anywhere.No issues with the serving staff but the amount of times I've gone in around 7:30pm and been told they don't have anymore xxxx today" is a joke. Pretty poor at reading notes on Uber eats orders.the last few times myself and other family members have ordered sub boxes on uber delivery there has been things missing that we pay extra to have on the sub and/or the wrong drink and the wrong cookies Just disappointing as you pay extra and don’t get what you paid for. Besides that good shop.

Great people and amazing food, but I have celiac disease and I understand they don’t cater to celiac but they do gluten free, and I know some subways I go to will be so lovely and change there gloves over for me, and change the tray that the bread was cooked on as well as the knife they cut the food with. But sadly it wasn’t a great experience and I felt high maintenance for something I cannot help myself. I hope they can be trained a little more in this.

We had great subs and exceptional service. Layout of shop could be better so you aren't standing on top of each other in the line. Tables would be a good idea too.

Everyone is better off driving to Jimboomba Subway!My 1st and last visit at Subway, Flagstone I'm afraid.The lady who served us today was beyond a mess! She would ask you a question but then interrupt your answer which meant our order was wrong and misheard countless times. I mean making 2 sandwiches have never been so painful! She would get agreesive with each correction too. Plus her sloppy sandwiches which were literally thrown together was terrible!No seats either so we went home to eat our food. Waste of going out for lunch and I had to remake both sandwiches so they were eatable. Such a pointless and waste of money experience.I was also shocked with how messy the food countervwas. Good mixed in with other food etc ...

Tell me why you close at 8pm when its meant to be open till 9pm? Wouldnt bother going to this store at all
