Every time you attend there’s a new policy. Now, as of 27/4/23, they only have 1 Bulk Billed Doctor on duty Monday to Friday as apparently now they’re predominantly appointments only? They can no longer give an indication of wait times! No wonder the emergency departments in hospitals are overcrowded as you either forced to pay to see a doctor for something as simple as fill a prescription or wait multiple hours with no knowledge of wait times. Won’t be back!!

Has a lot to offer in the whole place.There's a doctor with bulk-bill, pathology blood test centre, their own x-ray machines, physiotherapy, and affordable dentistry. Just very long wait times, and bulk bill is walk-in only. Waited almost 3 hours last time to be seen by a doctor by bulk bill.

It was easy to get a last minute booking for my daughter on a Saturday. The Dr was lovey. Convenient that the pharmacy was there too.

This is by far the most unprofessional medical centre I have been to. Wait time’s easily 3-4 hours at anytime and good luck getting through on the phone.The ladies behind the desk are very rude and super unhelpful.One time I had call up to get advice on my partners cut on his hand because last time he came in and they stitched it up. Anyway this time he needed stitches but the doctor seemed sure he can’t help us we got hung up on multiple times and refused medical treatment. We were told to go to the hospital for 2 stitches we thought this was wrong and went to the pharmacy inside the medical centre they proceeded to tell us with supplies to buy and he patched my partners cut up.Amazing Dental and pathology is good

Friendly staff. Rarely have to wait long for appt. Gav a good doctor. My doctor is fully up to what I need when I need it.

Poor time management. Booked an appointment and showed up early just to be told there was an emergency the doctor seeing me was dealing with and I’ll have to wait with no approximate wait time given.Finally being seen 1.5hrs after my supposed appointment time. Minimal examination done and swab taken and sent. No explanation as to when results will be given.Rang 2 days later when they were supposed to be open and had no answer on the phone. Waited till after 9.30am before anyone pick up and was told test results had to be given by doctors and had to go on waitlist for a telehealth time slot. “The doctor will call you back when they can” was the time frame given even though I called early.Finally got a phone call back from a doctor just to tell me the results are not back yet and to call for another Telehealth tomorrow.Asked if doctors will call back with results generally and was told it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to call for my results EVEN IF THERE IS AN INFECTION. Doctors will only call back if they think it is urgent and was told doctors can’t be calling all the patients they see with their results if they see 50ppl. Asked the doctor on the phone if it was their duty of care to call patients back with infections and was told it is only if they deemed it urgent. Can’t tell me what is considered urgent as well. Poor etiquette for a GP clinic.They want us to book in an appointment and charge us a gap just to have a result given to us, that is our right to know.I am a real patient of this clinic. Very disappointed with the services here. Money mill for the doctors.

Decided to pay for a booking, only to get there and be told we have at least a 1 hour wait. Why book? Receptionist was friendly, however, doctor sent me for xrays and multiple tests etc and I went to hospital for over 7 hours due to his misdiagnosis. Would have helped if he listened to me instead of taking a personal phone during consultation

Reception is a little worn down, lots of directive signage that could be written nicer, but the doctor I saw was excellent and had a great attitude. They seemed to have their own personality in their room too making it a more comfortable location.

Receptionist is a waste of time. Two occassions now that I have visited and asked by receptionist to wait. First time after 45 minutes, I checked to find out that nurse I was seeing did not turn up to work. How can a receptionist not know that. Second time, same, very frustrating. If you have all day then go there otherwise, you won't be seen on time.
