Without any exaggeration, Ken's customer service is some of the best I've ever received. He was lovely to chat with and really went above and beyond. The care and dedication into perfecting such delicious Gluten Free desserts is seriously unmatched, and each one expresses excellence in every aspect. Definitely a must-try for all who need some delicious Gluten Free desserts!

Phenomenal.I used Butter Mafia for a work luncheon and we received so much positive feedback from our guests! The food was fantastic and Ken's customer service was second to none. Could not recommend highly enough.

Finding parking was a bit tricky, but once over that hurdle the visit experience was all kinds of amazing! Ken was so welcoming, kind and informative. I was able to taste a couple of goodies, and he talked me through everything on the menu. Wish I could fit more in my suitcase to take home, but a mixed box will have to suffice until next time. Sounds like there are great things on the horizon for Butter Mafia- a joy for all, but particularly the coeliacs of Melbourne. Thanks again for a great (delicious) experience, Ken. I look forward to returning next time I’m in Victoria.

Butter Mafia desserts are AMAZING! As someone with coeliac disease, I was thrilled when my friends surprised me with a classics pack (dessert bars, cookies and brownie!) for my lockdown birthday. Kenn even added some extra treats in the delivery! Their desserts are so delicious that anyone, regardless of dietary restrictions, will adore them.I recently ordered an Easter box from Butter Mafia, and although there was an issue with the delivery (the issue was on my side, not Butter Mafia). I reached out to Kenn, who went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was still outstanding. Despite it being a public holiday, Kenn went to the shop to make a new order - his dedication to his customers is truly amazing.As it turns out, my order had arrived and I must apologise profusely to Kenn for inconveniencing him. Kenn truly goes the extra mile for his customers and every dessert bar from Butter Mafia is a heavenly indulgence that I would 100% recommend to anyone!

Absolutely amazing! I ordered a gift box as a surprise for a coeliac friend’s birthday. They went above and beyond in helping, being amazingly supportive when I needed to change the delivery address last minute. Great customer service and Kenn was so lovely to deal with. I got to have a nibble on some of the treats too and they were great - super tasty!

I couldn’t rate Butter Mafia more highly! The slices are all super yummy and Kenn is warm and approachable, while maintaining meticulously high standards for his business (with very yummy results). Basically - supporting these guys is all win - yummy goodies, lovely people and you are supporting a small business with a big heart. Oh and you wouldn’t pick the desserts are GF - it’s some kind of magic ✨
