Maia Dell Physiotherapy
Maia is a wonderful Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. She is very knowledgeable and is a specialist in the area of treating migraines and headaches. She has helped me so much since I have been seeing her. Her Pilates classes are always targeted to the attendees and their injuries, and all levels can get something out of them. The Pilates Studio is a beautiful room with a lovely feel. I can definitely recommend seeing Maia if you have an injury of any sort.
