After having our 14yr old fur baby cross the rainbow, the RSPCA staff showed so much respect and empathy. They allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted with our boy and explained everything to our kids without scaring them. We then received a card, lovely poem, paw print paintings, and some of our boys' fur in a keepsake jar. Lovely gesture after losing our boy.
