We have all become accustomed to product shortages throughout the years of the covid pandemic, which is why the feat of sourcing and laying both hardwood and carpet into our home prior to moving day was amazing and so very much appreciated. Adam seemed to have contacted everyone he could in order to match existing flooring and moved heaven and earth to get the job done. We echo the sentiments of others that Kane is a master with hardwood floors and the service of the whole team is second to none.

Adam, at the Goulburn shop, was very informative about the carpet and underlay and that helped in our choice of them. The price was competitive. They were able to organise the movement of furniture which made it easier for us. The carpet layers, Andrew and Matthew, who also moved the furniture around very carefully, were efficient and did a great job of laying the carpet - better than the original carpet that we were replacing.The staff in the shop and the carpet layers are a friendly team to deal with. We recommend them.
