Stay away from this company. They don't know what they are doing. Poor quality workmanship! When I complained there where only excuses!

Visited the showroom....impressed by product.We were initially asked to provide a plan of the windows we wanted to be double glazed, which we did.After a few days we received a quote which we decided to proceed with, accepting by email, subject to a check measure by the company (with another window yet to be quoted for it would have been a 10g order). Waited 3 days....no reply. I then rang, only to be told that they were busy, and would ring back.....no reply.Rang again the next day....profuse apology.....someone would get back to me......no reply.I'm getting quite frustrated by this time. Sent them an email asking if they wanted the job or not. Got a reply that they could arrange a visit to check measure and discuss finer points on a certain day, which i accepted, telling them that if they did not show, to forget the whole thing and we would take our business elsewhere. I then get a reply, in essence telling me to seek other quotes (in other words, they were not interested).It beggars belief that they could knock back a possible 10g order (I had already accepted a quoted for just over 7.5g).Pre sales service and communication is DISGUSTING.NO RECOMMENDATION FROM ME.

We have had issues from the outset with these windows, and several years in, the issues persist, along with our endeavours to get them up to standard. The seal is appalling, we only chose these windows as we needed a good seal, but the breeze coming through them when shut moves heavy blinds! Have spent years trying to get someone to repair them but noone will touch them due to the shoddy workmanship / bad rep of the company. We even offered to sign a disclaimer for someone to repair them at considerable cost to us. Both us and our builder tried to get the owner to make good on his work but he refused every opportunity. We then decided to pay someone out of our own pockets to fix them, but we can't even do that. Almost 4 years in, we are still cursing our decision to go with this company.

Nearly a year ago and we are still teething at the owner of this so called reputable company who called my and l liars!!!So angry...paid $24k for my windows and when one cracked a glass for no reason whatsoever we were accused of doing it or else it was a bird.Well it was an internal glass. Did we have a bird inside!!!!!l don't think so.And l can assure you it wasn't us...So for a lousy $380 replacement it got to this-called liars.You did it!!!!Still so angry...And if you are building check the glass manufacturers specs.cause guess what...they don't insure glass...if your glass cracks for any reason,be it thermal or poor installation practices,you can't claim a replacement.Go figure.....Really peeved off...the price is not the issue,it's now the principal

Very poor quality work from this company!! They do not know what they are doing and will cause you endless issues! It has been 2 years since our windows were installed and we are still finding problems because they did not install them correctly.
