Food is OK. The old gentleman and the lady who do the cooking work really hard and are very polite and professional. Unfortunately, this evening there were three young blond ladies on the front counter. One put the paper roll into the EFTPOS machine wrongly and the three of them had to spend about 6 minutes working out how to get it out and get it working correctly. Then one of them misplaced the paper my order was written on and didn't pass the information on to the chef. Then, they kept telling me different times my order would be ready. I waited and waited. One young lady kept apologizing verbally and although that was appreciated it didn't make up for the length of the wait. When finally my order was complete I informed them of my displeasure with their service and that I wouldn't be coming back. Another of the young ladies smugly and sarcastically said, Oh

Meals are tasty the phone up service a bit hit and miss but meals are quick shame they closed the restaurant part of business

I'm putting this here as reading some of the unhappy reviews on here really grinds my gears. I say to anyone leaving a bad review to be kind and constructive in criticism. Hospitality is a hard game. Sometimes we employ people who need to learn through failure and problem solve under pressure. These people work very hard. If you say to them your unhappy and you're never coming back then don't leave a review that hurts their business just #!*! Off and go sulk back in your own home. Please learn to spell! Understand these people offer a service that is often taken for granted with our expectations of how things could be. It is clear that anyone leaving a review that becomes a personal attack on others, needs to have a mental health check and/or a master-class in anger management. Unloading a vitriolic synopsis of your experiences is just a reflection of poor approach to problem solving. I think we can all agree a little kindness goes a long way. The world is damaged enough as it is . Change your approach. Make a difference.

Service is good - People look like they’re working hard to keep up - Terrible Food - it’s just not quality, it is like a food court style with Bain Marie’s full of quickly cooked food. We miss the Madarin Palace.

I was so disappointed. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The rice was very good, but despite the Sweet and Sour having a nice flavour, there was only half the amount of sauce there should have been. The vegetables were cut into massive pieces, about 4 times the size they needed to be and some of the vegetables were cooked and some were raw. It was quite a disappointing meal.

Since the change of owners, they now add MSG, which I am allergic too!Previous owners had No MSG" on their menu.So we will NOT be going back there!Not sure what happened

At the moment they dont have the restaurant part open, only doing take aways. At lunch time you can only order off their lunch time menu which dosent offer much of a variety. We got dinner to take home and it was quite nice. I will go back occasionally. For dinner.
