I wish there was more star for reviews so I could give him all!!! First agent I have seen who understood me as a buyer and helped me a lotI have been inspecting many properties recently and almost all agent only wants to sell the property, get their commission and attract more vendors.I was so desperate after almost 20 inspection when I met Jugal but he was so different and helped me out to sign the contract. I asked him if he can convince the vendor for a bit lower price so I can spend it on the property, negotiated and made the deal happen. BEST NEGOTIOATOR EVER!!Thanks to him and absolutely recommended
