An outstanding facility with exceptional service! I was hit by a car just over a month ago whilst walking & the apparatus is helping me so much with my recovery. The Cryotherapy, Compression Suit & Infrared Sauna are making such a difference. Highly recommend this place; the staff are professional, friendly and discrete.

So far so good!Had my first session today using their Theralight chamber. I'm using it specifically for regeneration of cartilage and ligament type joint injuries I've been contending with.First time there was great, I got to bundle the Cryotherapy along with the Theralight session which made access to these technologies super user friendly and accessible.A big thanks to Adam, Julian and Andy for making my first experience there a great one! Looking forward to my next session.

I've been going here for just over a month and I can't tell you how much it's already impacted my wellness. Thank you to the team - Sam and Andy - for always being so accommodating and kind. This place is my haven away from the stress of daily life! The treatments available are quite incredible. My go to is the infrared sauna, compression suit and I've even been convinced with the cryotherapy - amazing!

Amazing place, with a beautiful energy that starts you relaxing before you even use any apparatus. Mind tapping is life changing, theralight, compression, oxygen therapy EVERYTHING makes so much difference to my physical and mental health

The Cryotherapy was very refreshing. I felt very energised afterwards! Massage chairs are the best I have ever used. Theralight did the ‘Elite Athlete’ setting, highly recommend. Can’t wait for next time.

Mind Body Lounge is a fantastic facility which has a vast range of services. It is a space which has helped me both mentally and physically. As someone who carries a lot of stress in my body, having access to the services at MBL has not only allowed me to overcome the pain/stressors, it has also enabled me to ensure that I am preventing future injuries. It has become part of my weekly routine. Thank you to all the team!
