I have been with comvergence for 12 months now and never had a problem with the NBN until last week... for a few days the coverage was in and out... rang their support office and Aditi was allocated to us and was tremendous. Worked the problem with me and everything AOK now. Can’t recommend them high enough for the support and follow up!

It is currently the year 2021. This TECHNOLOGY company needed me to give my credit card details over the phone. No online payment portal whatsoever. When I suggested that this was a bit of an antiquated method, the person on the phone implied that I was crazy for expecting more!

I have just moved across to Convergence and I find that all staff there are excellent and very patient for a rough customer likes myself. I am known for not easily pleased. Great culture.
