Great food - pies are very good (not as good as Beefys though LOL). Excellent sandwich selection. Always happy people here and easy parking so gotta be worth 5 out of 5

Stopped in here to grab some bread and ended up buying a bunch of other items as well. Most products seemed to be made smaller and priced accordingly which we thought was good as it allowed us to try a range of items. Bread was nice. Sausage roll varieties were ok. Brownie and lemon slice was also ok. Customer service was quick and helpful. Personally i probably wouldnt go back. Whilst the products were ok they just werent nice enough for me to want to buy them again. Parking was easy and there were plenty of tables in the area to sit and relax. Sorry about the nibbled photo... we were busy taste testing before we remembered to take it!

Been here a few times now, customer service is normally nice and friendly from the younger staff. The middle aged women has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. She seems to hate her job. I’ve never had go out of my way to write a bad review but after patiently waiting at the counter for 10 minutes while just been stared at, a lady had walked in and had been served straight away as the middle aged women served her without hesitation. Proceeded to give the worst customer services with a horrible attitude to me soon as she was finished with the lady. Will not be coming back here or recommending.

The girls on lunch give great service and the food is quite good, but I’m put off by the no-brand cold drinks. Those Hartz drinks are terrible, not refreshing at all. As an outdoor worker the cold drink makes the meal at lunchtime.

I ordered a coffee. Got a cup of warm milk, absolutely no coffee taste at all. The pie was nice though. Every staff member, 4 young ladies that I observed, looked bored out of their minds, didn’t smile at all, weren’t friendly to customers and they looked in pain working here. Awkward at best.

Terrible products, slow service, slow cleaners, severely overpriced food, no quality guarantee whatsoever but worst of all is the terrible attitude of the girls working there. They must be a family business the way they act so entitled and condescending. They hide a disgusting attitude behind fake pleasantries and don’t even muster up a fake smile. They don’t care for our community AT ALL. I’ve cancelled banjos from my life, you all should too.
