very bad quality nail.very Rough nail. i shown the photo to worker they did mistake 3 times after that still very very bad extantion.i paid $180 and my daughter did just mailpaint her nailpaint start coming off after 2 hours.i am not recmonded this shop to any one. don’t waste monkey.this shop review 000

Very bad service. The worst experience ever. The body care was rushed and not clean my feet well. I asked for something for my hand and she didn’t care or trying to understood me right. When I said I didn’t like the service for my feet she said it’s not our fault and we not supposed to clean the feet %100. The manager was really rude and I feel so disappointed. They not really care about customer satisfaction or offer a refund. I will never come to this bad salon again.

Purchased a spa pedicure for $35. Great selection of standard colours to choose from. The lady who looked after me did a great job and I’ve given an extra star because she gave me an extra long leg and foot rub. Massage chair was great. Very clean. Price and service were good.

Went a number of times over the years thinking it was just a bad day. They really need to pick up their customer service and quality of the services they supply. There are heaps of nail places around to go to that WILL do a good job if they won't.

Me and my daughter went here and were sorely disappointed. Her French manicure is amazing but my manicure was dreadful. The sanding was rough as guts and still they the nails have sharp bits . No removal of old polish. No personal interest at all. The pedicures were half arsed and my feet were squished in the tub the whole time. No scraping of dead skin and the whole time both the ladies were babbling on about something highly amusing to themselves in their own language. So rude. Will not return.

I have had my nails done here four times with gel I loved the result, the fifth time I came in the mail tech did a messy job and the gel wasn't hard enough three of my nails cracked after 12 hours. I sent photos through via email and Facebook with no reply I called a week later when I was back in town from work and they were rude to me saying too bad and that I should have came back the next day. I couldn't because I was working photos added

Avoid avoid avoid!!! If I could give 1 star I would. Over priced, rude, rough and inconsiderate staff. 5 of them refused to speak English, jabbering away in whatever language they speak. One cut my finger, no apology told me it was my fault for having massage chair on. Young girl more interested in whatever was happening across the walkway in another store. The polished was done horribley, mostly due to the 1.4 inch talons the technician had done herself.The biggest joke is they offer a phone number for complaints which they don't answer or reply from.Avoid at all costs.

Went there on Friday will not go back nails were done by a man and they are the worst nails I've ever had. Had them done for my wedding and half of some of the nails weren't covered fully I have gone elsewhere to get them taken off never go there

I would rather have my finger nails pulled off than EVER return to this “salon” !!!Absolutely horrible!Having been a beauty school educator…. Teaching acrylic nail application….. I questioned a few of the missed steps, and the lack of understanding…. To then have another lady come and start raising her voice at me saying “You want free nails” !!I did not want free nails…. I get mine done every 2/3 weeks and do not hesitate to pay the money not to mention I was with my 12 year old daughter treating her with getting a service done….I walked out after the lady yelled “too hard” “you don’t want to pay” and throwing her hands in the air!Bleeding cuticles, 8 nails butchered, 2 soldiers murdered, frustration overflowing and patients running VERY low…. I left…….Beyond horrible experience!!!

Worst experience to be honest. So many steps were missed while doing my pedicure. Massage literally lasted 10 seconds and my toe was accidentally cut while the lady was filling it.
