I had x2 interactions with staff at the Mandurah Store today. Both times the store assistants were so friendly, helpful and courteous even though I did not purchase anything. The store looks beautiful and the staff are superb!!!!!

Worst experience. Went to Pandora in Perth as no one served me and when I tried to get service I was rudly told I couldn't look. You lost the sale of two bracelets for my daughters. Perth, your service was amazing. I'll be buying online and in Perth only.

I don’t usually post/complain but I was so disappointed today! Necklace purchased less than a week ago for a special birthday and first time on was clearly marked/ tarnished in a number of places, so we went in for advice! The attitude of the sales assistant towards my daughter and myself was patronising to say the least! Apparently the sales assistant checks the items at time of sale ( on this occasion it happened to be her! ) so it should have been noticed! Over the last year I have spent hundreds of dollars on pandora and genuinely love the products, after today I doubt we will be back!

After lining up patiently for some time to enter the store, I encountered one very rude staff member today, obviously overwhelmed with the Christmas rush. Patience is a virtue. Shame because I bought a Pandora gift online instead. Not a great experience and unfortunately, not the first time I've been disappointed by Pandora Mandurah.

I asked for a certain ring I wanted I showed her which ring with a photo and through the display window and even gave the name of the ring she showed me and was like this is the one on display I new what I wanted because i have tried it on before so I took it straight away but when I got home noticed it was incorrect one which is disappointing getting the wrong ring that I wanted for ages I was gonna return but don’t have receipt.
