We recently moved to Tuncurry and could not receive emails and no matter how many times I tried to correct the problem myself I could not get it to work so we contacted Beach Geeks who came to our rescue.Hector from Beach Geeks was very knowledgeable and went quickly to work on our problem in fixing our computer.I would recommend Beach geeks to anyone, great service at a reasonable price

I got taken in by another repairer's professional looking website. Big mistake. Then I found Nicolas from The Beach Geek. He fixed the original problem with my laptop then untangled the mess the first repairer made. Nice bloke to deal with and very capable.

We used the Forster branch.From booking the job to completion of the job was absolute perfection. The booking team were courteous, polite and friendly.Our technician Nicolas arrived right on time, and was a delight to deal with - very calm, very purposeful and spoke to us in layman’s language. He worked very efficiently on our multiple computer issues, knew exactly what was needed to fix them, and did so to our complete satisfaction, explaining when we asked for it what was causing the problem and what he was doing to fix it.Couldn’t recommend the Beach Geek team highly enough. Almost looking forward to having more IT issues so we can have them back!
